Delivery & Return Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

Category Conditions
Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

www.instantd.com will not be responsible or liable for any product replacement return or exhange; it will be solely between the buyer and seller. Buyer has to reach out to the seller for replacement and refund.

If at the time of delivery and/or within the applicable return policy period, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions

Notify seller of any defects in the product/s at the time of delivery of the product/s and/or within the applicable return policy period and the same product/s will be replaced in return of the defective product/s.

Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the seller.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement

  1. Damages due to misuse of product;
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
  5. Digital products/services
  6. damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

Dispatch of products / services
  1. Seller shall be responsible to dispatch & deliver the products and/or services for every transaction to the buyer within the time period as provided in the TOU to ensure that the products and/or services are delivered in a timely manner. Instantd.com is not responsible for any delivery or any problem that may arise during the transit or the interaction between the seller and the delivery partner / delivery agent/ any one doing the delivery. It is the responsible of the seller to deliver the product in a timely manner and in perfect condition of the product. www.instantd.com will not be responsible for any issues of the products sold and delivered by sellers. For any delivery related issues customer has to interact with the seller.
  2. Seller shall provide dispatch details and details of after-sales services related to products and services listed by it on the Platform to www.instantd.com in such a manner and within a time period as provided in the policies, failing which the transaction shall stand cancelled.
  3. Seller shall dispatch the products and/or services using only an approved delivery channel which provides appropriate ‘proof of dispatch’ & ‘proof of delivery’ (PoDs) documentation. Such PoD documentation relating to delivery should be maintained by a seller for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of dispatch. The PoDs should be furnished to www.instantd.com on demand within the time frame as notified from time to time.
  4. Seller agrees that the dispatch details shall be true, correct, and duly authorized and shall not be misleading, fraudulent, false, unauthorized, illegal and shall not contain any misrepresentation of facts.
  5. In case a seller fails to provide dispatch details or provides dispatch details not complying with policies, it shall result in consequences as more specifically stated in the TOU and may lead to suspension and/or termination of seller account.
  6. Seller agrees that the transaction price paid by a buyer will be remitted to a seller’s bank account contingent upon the following events:
    1. Buyer confirms the delivery of products and/or services in the transaction;
    2. Buyer does not take any action on payment facility to confirm delivery within such a time period as provided in the policies despite confirmation of dispatch of products and/or services by a seller to the buyer;
    3. Buyer’s refund claim should be between the buyer and seller and in no way www.instantd.com is involved or play a part in this. We are a platform and it is the responsibility of the user and Once the transaction is completed by the Seller, the remittance to seller shall be made in accordance with RBI Intermediary Guidelines.
